I LOVE ROCK MUSIC!!! Play football too...big sports fan of the Ravens and Orioles. MD REPRESENT! And here's my statement about the current rock scene: So many "cool", popular bands out there that call themselves rock bands but actually really suck. There are the light, poppy "rock" bands like Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, Modest Mouse, etc. that SUCK ASS. Then there are those heavy bands that are not as bad but have no talent and sound the same (Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Papa Roach). Then there is the small percentage of bands with roots and talent: Velvet Revolver and Alter Bridge, to name a few. They have come to save rock music and I'm hangin' on for the ride...
